Shipping policy

We use Australia Post for all deliveries, including Australia Post Express Post where an express upgrade is selected.

Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping within Australia on all computer orders.

Customers may upgrade to Express Post for a flat rate of $50 where available.

Express Post applies to the delivery service after dispatch, and does not reduce any required order processing, build, testing, quality control, or handling time.

Processing and Handling Time
Orders are processed as quickly as possible.

Ready-to-ship products are usually processed within 1-5 business days.

Custom-built, configured, special-order, or tested products may require additional handling time. During busy periods, supplier delays, public holidays, or high order volumes, processing times may take longer.

We prioritise product safety, testing, quality control, and secure packaging before dispatch.

Estimated delivery timeframes
Delivery time starts once your order has been dispatched.

These timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on Australia Post's network, destination, public holidays, weather, peak periods, or other delays outside our control.

Tracking
Tracking details will be emailed to your after dispatch.

Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after the shipping label is created or the parcel is scanned by Australia Post.

Signature and delivery requirements
Due to the value and nature of our products, orders may require signature on delivery.

Please provide a correct, complete, safe, and accessible delivery address. If no one is available to receive the parcel, Australia Post may take it to a nearby post office, depot, or collection point.

We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, non-collection, or additional costs caused by incorrect details, unsafe access, restricted access, or the custom being unavailable to receive or collect the parcel.

Failed delivery, redelivery, and returned parcels
If delivery fails, the parcel is not collected, or the parcel is returned to sender, we may contact you to arrange redelivery.

Any additional postage, redelivery, return to sender, or handling fees caused by failed delivery, incorrect address details, refusal, or non-collection are the customer's responsibility.

Delays
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by Australia Post. We cannot guarantee delivery dates or control Australia Post delays.

If your order is required by a specific date, contact us before ordering. We will try to assist, but we cannot guarantee delivery by a requested deadline.

Damaged, missing or delayed parcels
Please inspect your parcel when it arrives.

If the parcel appears to be damaged, opened, crushed, wet, or mishandled, take clear photos of the packaging before opening it and contact us as soon as possible at support@htech.com.au.

If tracking shows a parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please check your property, household members, neighbors, local post office, parcel locker, reception, or mail room before contacting us..

We will assist with Australia Post enquiries where appropriate. Carrier investigations may take time, and any resolution may depend on the outcome of Australia Post's investigation.

Incorrect shipping details
Please check your shipping details carefully before placing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We will try to update the details before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Policy updates
We may update this shipping policy at any time without notice. The version published on our website at the time of purchase applies to that order.
